Cherubs Orphanage

Project:

The orphanage was established by Felicia and her husband Nicholas with the aim to help cater for the poor orphans left on the streets of Kumasi. About 42 children live in the orphanage and stay with care givers. The orphans attend a public school in the neighbour village which they visit every day.
 
Volunteer work:
Volunteers are looking after the children and help in the daily live such as bathing, cleaning, cooking and washing clothes with the children.
Also Volunteers assist in learning in the library and doing homework, furthermore teaching additional subjects like art and sports in leisure times and at the weekends.
 
Accommodation:
Volunteers stay in the project.
