Ingredients:

2 Tins of tuna

1 Tin of Tomatoes

6 big tomatoes

1 Zuchini

2 Paprika

Fresh Pepper

0,4 - 0,5 ltr. Olive Oil

2 Gloves of Garlic

Maggi
-
1 big Onion
-
0,5 kg Chicken Legs

4 Eggs
Cooking Instructions

Grind the pepper with half an onion and the garlic until it is mushy.

Chop the vegetables and the other half of the onion and mix in a bowl.

Mix the tuna together with the eggs.

Heat the Oil, add a little of the chopped onion and after you have dipped the chicken into salty water fry it until it has turned a little brown.

Take out the chicken, add the pepper mush and let it fry for about one minute.

Add the vegetables and leave it to cock for about three minutes on high flame while stirring it.

Add the tinned tomatoes and leave it to cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the Egg and Tuna and stir it quickly. After Adding the Maggi cook it for about 25 minutes on medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook it until the water has evaporated.
